FINLAND IN PISA-STUDIES CONFERENCES:
Due to the wide international interest, the Finnish National
Board of Education will organise two conferences on the
Finnish education and teacher
training systems in relation to the Pisa studies on 10-11
October and 8-9 December 2005 in Helsinki, Finland.

Humanidades e Tecnologias in Lisbon, Portugal.
The
Symposium focuses on the exchange of visions and objectives
for the future ERASMUS higher education placement mobility
projects. It features keynote speakers from policy makers
and most importantly your input, ideas and suggestions to be
brought forward; scenarios to be tackled for all parties
involved, such as Universities, Students and Graduates,
Enterprises and Governing Bodies.

conference LOUPE, search tool for cases
Friday
20 May
the European Leonardo da Vinci project LOUPE will organise
its closing conference. The search tool (online search
method for cases) will be the final product of an intensive
collaboration between higher technical education and the
business community. This tool supports in the development of
real life cases/projects, which will give students in higher
technical education insight in their future profession and
professional processes within the context of their course.
Furthermore, the LOUPE search tool may assist higher
technical courses to enrich their active learning methods
and make them more attractive for a varied target group
(e.g. female students).
